Katie is very friendly and professional, very knowledgeable about training, nutrition, boxing, and more, and has been so helpful in preventing my back pain from returning! Went through PT for it in the past but the pain returned and Katie made sure to tailor my sessions around that. She is extremely dedicated to her business and clients and works with ALL ages!

I had Katie as a personal trainer for almost a year and a half, and now I do her circuit training program. I really like how I have the option to work out at her gym semi-solo with a workout plan she created that will help me build muscle and burn fat. On top of being competent, Katie is also kind and easy to work with. Highly recommend giving this business a chance, I'm really glad I did!

I have been attending the circuit training at Elite for almost 4 months and I have noticed such a difference in my physical strength as well as my ability to stick to a fitness routine for the first time in my life. I love that the workout is planned for me and the biggest thing I have to do is show up. Katie is always around to answer questions or help with the exercises, offering encouragement and challenges along the way. The entire group I train with is encouraging and help to make it a great place.
