It was a pleasure to deal with a Company that has such a high degree of intergrity. My son-in-law called me to say his AC was not working and the HVAC company he had look at it told him his compreessor was beyond repair and he needed a new unit for $7000. I called Durbin Heating & Cooing. Not only was their recommended replacement 15% less (for a better unit), but after examining our unit closely, Brent Durbin informed me that all the unit needed was a new capacitor. I had a poor installation from another company where things didn't work as they should on a new furnance - humidifier and UV light not working, loose ductwork, leaking Freon etc.. Durbin Heating came out and fixed everything. Now it looks professionally installed and works as it should. I had two other companies come out to try and fix this situation. They either didn't know how or couldn't follow directions, and then charged me a service fee for basically doing nothing but looking at my system. Then I found Durbin. They listened to my issues with someone else's install job, and they also pointed out a few they saw. Then they set out and fixed them all. I am so grateful to Durbin Heating. "It's hard to find good help" as the old saying goes. Well, I feel like I've found it with Durbin Heating. They will be doing all my service work from here on out.
They are excellent at what they do. The office staff is friendly and very helpful. The guys that came out to install our new furnace and AC unit had a big job to do since they were removing a furnace that was 56 years old. They did a GREAT JOB. They were on time, explained everything about the new units, and cleaned up after the work was completed. The entire group from the office staff and all the other employees are very knowledgeable and friendly.
