I cannot recommend Dr. Valido & Associates enough, specifically Dr. Carl. She is quite simply the absolute best at what she does.

What sets Dr. Carl apart is how deeply she cares about her patients. She truly takes the time to get to know you as a person, which is so rare to find. I was blown away by her memory—she actually remembers personal details, like my dog Bosco’s name, year after year. It makes the entire experience feel personal and sincere rather than just another appointment.

The staff is always friendly, extremely professional. I love the fact the doctor also interacts with me, we had a good laugh and I feel she was very thorough with my visit. I have been a patient here for a long time, they are consistent with outstanding service.

Excellent scheduling, confirmation, reminder and appointment. Kaitlynn helped with Frames and sunglasses style and fittings and also with insu card. Excellent service and we will bring our business back!!
