I shopped for years at York when it was under previous ownership and was hesitant to revisit the store after my vision had declined. What a pleasant surprise to find that the new owner was a warm, friendly and professional woman who continued York's high standards and service.Yvette Risk and her son made shopping for eyewear a pleasant experience. There was no pressure to up-sale; in fact, they were up front about showing me frames that were half-off before offering their full-priced lines. They offer everyday traditional frames as well as trendy and fun fashion frames.I have recommended York Vision to several friends and will continue to shop there in the future.

The folks at York give a customer all the time they need to be fully satisfied with their purchase. Eric kindly improved my new glasses twice to get them just right for me. Plus, I know that if I should need any further service, even months or years down the road, they will take care of that same pair.

Yvette leads the operation with style and panache. York Vision continues to offer high euro frames which are otherwise not obtainable in Cincy. Their service before and after the sale is unmatched.
