Leann is excellent! Thanks to whole team for always providing great service, paying extra attention to cleanliness and safety, and being so responsive to observably demanding clients who are almost always onsite when we are there too. So happy you’re close in Madeira.
Overall, my experience was great. The only reason I didn't give 5 stats was because as a first time customer, who made an appointment online, a woman who was a walk-in sat at the same time I did and wanted 15 min and got helped first, whereas I was still waiting 5-10 more min. Until a tech came to help me. Really a minor detail, but I did go out of my way to make an appointment so I wouldn't have to wait the extra 20 min. That being said, I will definitely be returning. Everything else was wonderful! I highly Deluxe Nail Salon and Spa.
As always, Deluxe goes above and beyond! I grew up in Madeira & have been coming to this business since they were in a tiny little spot closer to Miami Ave. I haven’t been back in years, until today, and was so surprised to see how big their location has become! Everything from the design of the building, the parking lot space, the interior, vast color options, and amazing staff, all will make you feel the love. They have been a local attraction since they began, and people drive from all over the area to get their nails done here.
