Based on the reviews, Commonwealth Pain & Spine provides compassionate, comprehensive care for chronic pain. The staff is super nice and very caring, making patients feel at home. The doctor went over everything and explained the treatment plan in detail. Patients feel listened to and that the staff shows genuine concern. The staff member that did the initial intake was very helpful with helping understand the process. The doctor was very very kind and clearly has a passion for helping others. The front desk staff is personable and makes it enjoyable to be in the waiting room. Treatments are different for each individual and the doctor takes the time to understand what each patient has going on. One patient was put on a pain patch but was not happy because it takes up to 72 hours before it even starts working. However, most experiences were great, with patients feeling like one of the team and that everything possible was done to make sure they were comfortable.
I really like the way I was treated by the staff I was relieved to be treated with kindness and compassion It was nice to be treated as an individual and not a statistic. Dr. Schroder was very professional and empathetic to the ongoing issues that I’m dealing with it’s nice to know there are good doctors still out there.😊
My experience was great, the faculty were great as well. The doctor went over everything with me, and how they were going to approach my chronic pain. They put me on a pain patch, but didn’t tell me that it takes up to 72 hours before it even starts working. I was not happy at all when I found that out. So, if I have to ware a pain patch for a week, and the pain patch take up to 72 hrs before kicking in. That means I will have approximately 16 hours a month of pain medicine . Don’t do pain patches!
Commonwealth pain and spine made me feel like one of them made me feel at home very friendly and helped me with all my needs very caring and did everything possible to make sure I was comfortable and got everything I needed. I couldn’t ask for anything better.
