The folks at Comfort Experts are second to none for boiler furnace heating systems. We bought a new boiler almost 10 years ago from Zimmer Heating & Air. Zimmer did the install. As business owners we research all major purchases. These folks looked great to us. Sadly, we needed repairs EACH year they stopped by to do our annual maintenance. By Fall of this year in 2024, they sent someone who didn't do annual wellness service care. We were stunned. He said no worries, I'll snap a few pics for the owner. We received a $2000 invoice saying the furnace needed another repair. We are loyal clients for Zimmer all these years. One of our business clients told us... read full review
