Great experience for someone that has needed and I’ve t care just a handful of times. Bridgette at the front desk was very helpful, knowledgeable and experienced.The MA that took vitals and a summery of what my visit was for, was also respectful and kind. I was seen by the NP, Jack. He got me in and out with also taking time to ask details to come up for a solution for my neck injury. Thanks team, Great experience overall.
Mercy Health Urgent Care on Colerain gave me exceptional service! There was no wait! I walked in, got signed in and was called back within minutes! The entire staff handled my care very professionally. If I ever need medical care for small needs in the future, this will be the first place I go! Thank you guys for everything you do!
Listened to my concerns and was very thorough. Was in and out very quickly. Intake was very friendly. Good experience. Only complaint is I did not know the diagnosis until I looked it up the next day.
