COFW is amazing. I have spondylolisthesis, which is basically a fracture in my vertebrae plus some. I couldn't walk, and I was basically paralyzed. Had numbness so bad, however I went and got therapy from Dr. Johnson, and in 3 days I was walking normally again. Def 5 Stars!
