We are still very pleased with the services ClearDefense Cincinnati offers. Rob Parker came out today for another treatment. He is thorough and very knowledgeable answering all of my questions. This service is so worth it to enjoy sitting outside this summer.
It was very important for me to hire a company that uses products that are safe for my indoor cats, but that are highly effective as well. Setting up service quickly and last minute was so easy. The cost of the intial treatment, and then quarterly, is a bargain especially with what they do as part of the treatment process.
The technician, Dylan, was extremely professional, efficient and polite. He called 30 minutes in advance to let me know his name, who he was and that he was on his way. Dylan explained the entire process and what products they use. He made sure, more than once, if I had any questions. He reassured me about my cats being safe.

Another outstanding job, very professional and ensured I was satisfied before they departed, couldn't find anything wrong. They make a great team together. Clear Defense is as advertised, I've been with them a few years and their professionalism is the best. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Clear Defense.
