Very helpful in dealing with my rodent issue at my home. My rodent issue caused me a lot of anxiety and ALS would come typically within the same day that I called or even would fit me into a booked day to accommodate my request. They were quick and efficient and I had 2 different rodent issues they have handled. Highly recommend!
I called ALS a couple weeks ago to get rid of this nagging scratching noise I was hearing from my ceiling in my bedroom (of all places). I knew it wasn’t squirrels or anything flying, was pretty certain it was mice so I had Al come out for an inspection. He was timely, knowledgeable, and didn’t give off any creepy vibes (unfortunately this important to note for women nowadays!) A couple weeks passed after his initial review and yay! it had gotten pretty quiet! As suspected he did find some in my attic and they had gotten in through a busted roof screen. We called ALS this morning at 10:30am and Al was over at our house by noon. Al was courteous, friendly and professional. He was thorough, spraying inside and outside the house for slab ants, as well as fumigating. He was patient with our animals and helpful as we moved them outside. ALS’s pricing was very fair and we are having them come back to deal with our wasp issues next.
