I had a fantastic experience with Cincinnati Glass Block, and especially with the installer, Michael Pelzo. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and stress-free.
Michael was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring throughout the entire installation. He took the time to explain everything, answered all my questions, and made sure I was completely comfortable with the work being done. You can tell he truly takes pride in his craft.

The windows were easy to buy online. Cincinnati Glass Block measured without us needing to be home. The installer, Jairo Jacinto, did a good job, was helpful, and very polite. I would definitely recommend this company and installer. Thanks
Jairo came out to fix a mistake made during the initial installation on all 6 windows. Took less than 3 hours and you couldn’t tell the mistake had been made once finished. Very courteous of flower beds and had great business manner.
