I boarded my chocolate lab Hershey and I absolutely liked how Nadia treated her, you can tell she loves dogs. She would post photos on fb and she also sent me a few photos when I was missing hershey too much. Thanks Nadia for taking good care of my Hershey!
We have taken our pups here since we have owned them. Ricky and Katie are fantastic! They are very friendly with the dogs and I have never seen them be rough or mistreat an animal on the grooming table. We have even used their boarding and training. You have to book your appointments at least 6 weeks ahead of time as they are usually booked that far out. Our pups always come out looking great and smelling even better! The facility is very clean! When we pick up they always ask how we like the cuts and if we see anything that needs fixed.
We adopted our five year old mini Australian Shepard in December, I found and chose Gary's because of his work and Ricky's work. Their website sold me (they have little bios on there). Our Penny has some quirks (very nervous, overly stimulated [pretty standard for her breed]) but I wanted to be sure her groomer understood her.
