Brrrrh, I’m still burning calories from my -220 yesterday!

The intro setting (unsure of exact temperature) doesn’t necessarily give a 195lb human that same invigorating response…

I've had lower back pain for years, and sometimes when I move the "wrong" way it flares up and I lock up. Local cryotherapy at ChillRx has helped tremendously. It's reasonably priced and more than worth every penny. Plus the owner and staff are fantastic. I recommend it to all my friends with aches and pains, and would highly recommend it to anyone.
