I had an amazing interaction with all 4 of the women that I was seen by yesterday. From the vitals and her giving my kids suckers to sit still and behave so I could be seen, to the doctor being quick and efficient and very observant, to the nurse who gave me my steroid shot that didn't even hurt me andmy breathing treatment. My prescriptions were sent while I was getting my shot and breathing treatment. These ladies were absolutely amazing, went above and beyond, and work flawlessly together! THANK YOU!
From start to finish, I had a great experience. Asia checked me in and let me know when I would be brought back. Sheila was the MA that took my vitals and gave me an injection. She was very caring and thorough. Tiffanie was the MD that saw me for an allergic reaction. She really listened to my concerns and came up with a game plan that was easy to follow. I would definitely be coming to this urgent care again in the future
The staff here were very kind and very patient with me. The provider who saw me was very nice and was very approachable. Next time I have an injury/urgent need, I will definitely choose this location!
