Being that we are visiting and had to make a quick emergency stop, Mrs. Cassie at the front desk was oh so sweet. I did meet another nurse and the doctor were both very sweet as well. Very patient, and great care with my son and the information we received was clear and they listened to all of our concerns and were very graceful and showed great interpersonal skills. Thank you to all we met today!
The PA I had was SOOO incredibly kind and thoughtful! I actually noted that directly to her as well! I truly felt so listened to and she was just so compassionate and clearly really cares about people and their wellbeing. I have truly never encountered such a thoughtful person in an urgent care setting! I have a lot of anxiety in healthcare settings and was very nervous when I couldn't get in with my usual PCP and it made me appreciate her all the more.
The staff is absolutely amazing and extremely compassionate. I'd prefer this urgent care over a an actual doctor's office any day. The ma Hannah was amazing at her job and very sweet and the.pa Ms. Foster was very knowledgeable and helpful with what I had going on
