I went looking for a chiropractor to help my newborn with tension and constant fussing and was blessed to have come across Bright Futures. I now have a very happy 3 month old! I started coming to BFFC years ago for general wellbeing. Dr. Stephanie has now helped me through 2 pregnancies and I can’t imagine not getting adjusted throughout pregnancy and postpartum. It is so beneficial to be adjusted during pregnancy for my own aches and pains and for positioning of the baby. I brought my newborn in to be adjusted after birth to relieve the tension in his body from the stress of childbirth in general and to help with nursing.
