Awesome place. Communication and coordination is spot on. Emails were answered almost instantly and any changes in schedule were handled perfectly. Rich is amazing. Great prices and experience.
As a side note if you need a cover up Rich is your guy. I had searched for a few years trying to find someone reasonable and good. Those two things were hard to find. Rich checks all the boxes and I couldn’t be happier with his work. I get compliments frequently.
Rich is amazing tattoo artist very happy with the tattoos hes done on me very good about listening to what you want and making it happen. You won’t find a better shop in Cincinnati… or anywhere else for that matter. Everyone in the shop is awesome. Their customer services is top tier. I love that they use a general email for the shop manager to schedule since she has the books in front of her, it’s easy to get an appointment. I’ve been going here for about 6 years and the owner Rich has done almost every tattoo I have. I get compliments constantly about the line work he has done. I will continue to recommend this shop & be a client there!
