Had to have a new difficult to install HVAC replaced and the technicians spent much time explaining everything to me and even extra since the unit had to be custom fitted. I always request these same installers since they truly know what they are doing. I would highly recommend them ANYTIME for your air conditioning and furnace needs.
I have used Baker, Bauer & Fish for better than 20 years. Every so often I get quotes from others but they are usually much higher. And in one case, where everyone else was quoting new furnace and AC, Myron Fish said, "Your AC is still running fine. Let's just replace the furnace now, and the AC when it breaks." That was 5 years ago. The AC is still fine. And we saved a chunk of change. I referred a friend to them, after he'd been told that his AC was burnt out and needed replaced. BBF found and replaced a burnt relay for less than $300 as I recall, and that fixed it.
We had a great experience with B, B & F.We needed a mini-split installed in our guest room, and of the folks who came out to meet with us, they were the only ones who behaved as if they would actually like to do the work. Matt Asked a lot of questions to make sure he understood what we needed, and came up with a range of options to choose from. Companies are so busy right now, it was refreshing to work with a group who were responsive, and appreciated our business. Great crew, quality product and we are very happy.Service: AC installation
