WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE using BA! Elliott is an awesome repairman! I have been familiar with BA Appliance for over 6 years from other people using them. I have been fortunate enough to not need an appliance repair since owning this home since 2009. But then IT finally happened, and one of the burners on my JennAir glasstop stove insert died. I tried to google/youtube the issue, but realized it was a task I could not, nor wanted to handle. The stove is older, so I was worried it might not be able to be repaired. The assigned tech, John, called 30 minutes ahead as promised, was on time, professional and friendly. He double-checked the part number with his office since the replacement part was slightly different than the original one. Once confirmed, he installed the new door dispenser control unit quickly and checked that all functions were working (water, ice, and lights).
The total cost was reasonable and about 10% of what I would have spent to replace an otherwise perfectly good frig/freezer.
I would highly recommend BA Service for any appliance repairs.
Matt was awesome, respectable and efficient. He greeted me and announced himself and the company before he walked in. Was able to access the problem and replace the parts an under an hour. Highly recommend Matt and the company. Thanks Matt!
