John and Pat were outstanding! They know what they are doing. They responded immediately. They got rid of the water, removed the soaked carpet and drywall, and dried up my basement quickly and efficiently. My insurance company was equally impressed. Great people to work with!

Joel arrived on time (a little early, actually). He listened and observed the areas to be cleaned. He informed me of the limitations that he has and allowed me to separate my sectional before cleaning the living room. He completed the work with no disturbance to my work. He completed the 4 rooms and 1 set of stars quickly and thoroughly. The carpets look awesome! Looking forward to using Apke again next time.
