The staff was courteous and busy helping others. I purchased a bow for my violin. I inquired about the prices of their stringed instruments. It was pricey probably for more experienced customers. My talent hasn't arrived at that level. Parents had their children, so it's family oriented. In the past I have purchased other products. If you want quality Antonio Violins would be the place to go.
Had an appointment this morning to get my violins cleaned, tuned and new strings. The place was tidy, the staff was friendly and helpful (not something you see a lot anymore so very much appreciated). They seemed genuinely happy to help. I will definitely make the hour drive back here for future needs.
This is the best place! We rented a cello and my rowdy kids somehow cracked it a week before my daughters recital. We took it back, they said it could be repaired and gave us a loaner the recital that week. They have always been professional and done us a solid. Best place in Cincinnati for string instruments.
