Our power went out. Duke Energy had to repair one of the power lines leading to our home. In doing so, they cut through our dog fence. On behalf of Duke, Doug and Ross from AMS Construction, came out, and repaired the dog fence. In addition, Doug and Ross pointed out that our Cincinnati Bell line was a tripping hazard and was very poorly installed. They explained Cincinnati Bell took a short cut to save money. Further explained that if we want Cincinnati Bell to fix the wire to go around the flower bed, Cincinnati Bell would charge us for is.)
