Rob was easy to communicate with, timely in coordinating the inspections, and even arranged to have an inspection he didn’t do that I needed done by someone else. I met him at the home to go over a summary of his findings and he explained things thoroughly, and he even looked into a couple concerns that may have been outside his regular inspections. Very reasonable price for such a good job. Highly recommend.
Rob really went into great detail and got into the nitty gritty that we needed. We live in a generational home and are looking to make major necessary repairs and Rob not only gave us a report of what needed to be done but took time to sit down with me and go over what he personally would work on first. He also found and made us aware of a gas leak in our furnace which I will forever be grateful for as we have a toddler in the house and had no idea the leak was happening.
