Highly recommend Rob and AVHI. Being an out-of-town buyer makes the due diligence process stressful, but their comprehensive report made things simple. The inclusion of clear, detailed photos alongside their explanations allowed me to understand the true condition of the home immediately. Their sharp eyes saved me from a very costly mistake. Professional, fast, and thorough.
I have used Rob on several instances as a customer and as a realtor with clients. He is very professional and precise in his findings. I would definitely use him personally and professionally again.
Rob was great with the inspection. Thorough. Gave us detailed feedback immediately after while in the house. Answered our questions and then we had the full report later that day. Great job!
