The service took a little time to get scheduled, which is completely understandable given it’s the busiest and hottest time of the year. Once on-site, the work was completed efficiently in under an hour. Communication was clear and timely—texting proved to be the most effective method. Overall, a great experience, and a reminder that a little patience can go a long way in ensuring quality results.
It's been a very warm week and we're coming up on the 90s this weekend. Our a/c pooped out on us and when we reached out to Jeff he responded quickly even with our crazy scheduled. He made it over that evening to diagnose the problem and was here first thing in the morning. He had us running in no time! We will definitely hire him again in the future.
I was assigned Always Affordable Air thru my home warranty for a furnace repair. Jeff was helpful in getting me fit into his schedule asap since I was living without heat in the dead of winter. He even made a trip outside of normal working hours to accommodate me! His tech, Cory, was assigned for the physical repair and he was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. Overall great service and I would use them again if needed.
