All I can tell you is I go in there hurting and leave a new woman.I saw the negative reviews and have to say thatYes. The staff is gregarious (loud and so friendly).Yes. The (one) doctor comes across as arrogant BUT either one will answer questions all day long.My questions were answered so thoroughly that I felt like I could apply to med school.The tech works on three people at a time. He gets you in and out as fast as possible. That means not reading or taking notes about arbitrary things that change dramatically from one week to the next.I was told my elbow would never work right again by 5 different specialists.
