Had a great experience and haircut! Lisha was awesome! She genuinely cared about providing the best service and had a great attention to detail. I’ll be back to 18|8 for my next cut.
Had my first cut on 9/7/19 with Christi and it was a first rate experience. Not since I moved to Cincinnati in 1995 have I had such a fine styling. Christi was professional yet friendly, the type of demeanor typically found in individuals who manage/own the business. I look forward to my next visit!
Walking in, the front desk was friendly and helpful. The waiting area was comfortable. Lauren listen to what I was wanting to achieve with my cut, and had some good ideas on how to do that. She executed it perfectly. Very pleased with the overall experience and plan to return.
