Adena Urgent Care - Western Ave

I went to this Urgent Care yesterday evening. Walked in, was immediately called to registration, filled out the paper work and the Nurse was there to call me back. I think her name was Amanda but not sure, she was great. Very nice and very good. The Doctor was there in no time, Dr. Parson, and listened to my problems, checked my symptoms, decided on the treatment and I was taken care of in what I thought a very excellant experience. Thanks to all!!!

Just went there for blood work. The girl who checked me in was so sweet. Then the girl who drew my blood (Erica) was so fantastic. I always close my eyes and wait for the stick. But this time there was no pain with the stick. Totally painless!!! Erica is awesome. Thanks!

I came in because I thought I had a stomach bug. I believe my doctors name was Mr. Black, he pushed on my stomach and told me with how tender and low the pain was that it didn’t sound like a stomach bug and that I needed to go to the ER because it sounded a bit more serious (gallbladder, appendix, etc). So glad I went and listened to him!! I went to the ER to find out I had a swollen appendix that needed removed immediately and had to get surgery the same day. I am currently recovering and will be for the next couple weeks. But I am so glad I went!Also, everyone is super nice!
