I scheduled online for an illness appointment. I was able to get an appointment within the hour. I headed that way and went on in and was seen before my appointment time had even arrived. Dr Black was so kind and thorough. Entire staff was efficient and courteous. Will use this facility again when necessary

They were extremely busy, but diligently worked to get people taken care of.The staff were courteous & patient.(*Note: They were dealing with numerous cases of RSV, which effects mainly children, in large numbers.The staff was also trying to learn a new charting system that Adena is in the process of implementing.)

The wait time was about what I'd expected. Fairly long, counting the time I waited to be seen after my vitals were taken. I probably wasn't the most urgent case there, with an ear infection, understandable. However, NP Weaver was unpleasant and did not seem empathetic or kind. He quickly assessed me, which is fine. I'd been wearing ear plugs for too long, won't be doing that again, lesson learned. But he followed that assessment up with "You stick things in your ear, that's what you get, pain". I mean.. It wasn't a Lego, my guy. Tone was condescending. I don't feel like that comment was meant in good humor, nor necessary. So, whatever, I let that slide at the time. Then...read full review
