These other reviews speak for themselves when it comes to the knowledge, skill, friendliness, and all around amazing service you'll receive with Kobella. But I believe their greatest achievement is the respect and kindness they show their employees throughout their careers, and long after. My fiance, Anthony, very proudly worked for them. When he passed away suddenly in December of 2020, they showed an astonishing amount of care, kindness, and love towards myself and his family, even going so far as to provide presents, decorations, and so much more to his two young children while they went through their first Christmas without their father. Homer was professional and efficient.
He took his time to make sure the problem was resolved. He explained the vagaries of our drain system. He also pointed out a leak in our A/C.
Our technician, Sam, was great. After he fixed our sink, it was actually in better condition than if it was brand new. I would definitely recommend Kobella for all our needs. Great job!!!!!!!
