The owner kim is mean and nasty, over charges for laundry when you can do that shit at home, they lost my clothing garments and made me buy new clothes myself after they were missplaced. The lady chased me out with a stick after i asked for a refund. Never coming back.

They lost my garment and didn’t tell me. Blamed it on me for not picking up my clothes right away. My copy of receipt after dropping them off said 4, I came back 12-7-24 and it said 3. They altered it with the same date, same time same name and just removed my shirt and didn’t tell me.
The young man working the counter at the time wasn’t trained properly and had no idea what to do. I sent him this photo copy of my blouse so he could send it to the owner Kim. I never hear back and called 12-16-24 reiterating the whole thing with Kim on the phone.

I called a few days ago and had a question regarding dry cleaning a cashmere sweater. The manager said to bring the sweater in and she would look at the sweater.
I went this afternoon. A very young man was there alone who didn't know anything about dry cleaning. The manager should have at least trained this young man as to some of the basics.
Terrible customer service.
