Eric did a fantastic job inspecting our new build. Prompt, communicative, and went over and above our expectations. We appreciate that he was focused on the work, but took the time to explain the process and his findings to us.
Great inspection! Very thorough and detailed and took his time. We used Eric twice when purchasing a home. He helped us dodge a bullet when he found mold in a crawl space nobody else saw.
