Duncan - owner Falls Flooring - has carpeted 5 different rooms in our house, at different times. He is very personally involved, including supervising the installation and he goes the extra mile to accommodate our schedule and address any follow up needs, if required. His pricing is very competitive and combined w his service, he offers the best overall value. We’re moving to a new home and will be using Falls Flooring and Duncan again.

Duncan replaced ugly green outdoor astroturf in the finished basement of the condo we moved into in Auburn Lakes. It was bunched up and had no pad. It is almost 1,500 sq.ft. Duncan found the perfect carpet and pad for us, installed it before we moved in and we proceeded to remodel the rest of the basement into our second family room and office/fitness/guest area. It’s beautiful and his pricing could not be beat!
