I did an exhaustive search, with several bids, for my new HVAC system, in an older home that needed extensive renovation. DiMarco's sales staff answered every possible question I had with patience & expertise. Tim came up with a unique combination of units that suited my home size, met my budget & qualified for the maximum energy credit! I was delighted! The installation crew was top-notch! I’m in my late 40s, and I remember growing up when my parents *had* a plumber, an electrician, an HVAC guy. You didn’t chase coupons—you built a relationship with a company and were treated fairly in return. I adopted that same mindset and stayed with the same contractors for over 25 years, so when some retired, it was genuinely bittersweet.
Unfortunately, many HVAC companies today are being bought by private equity, and the results are predictable. Last year a $12 capacitor failed on my AC, and the new company that bought my longtime contractor tried to charge me $700 to plug in two wires. That was the moment I knew I needed a new HVAC company.

The team at DiMarco & Associates was absolutely stellar from start to finish. Super responsive when my furnace had gone out, helped diagnose the problem, checked warranties, and had a service tech sent out super quickly.
Made a potentially awful situation absolutely painless, couldn't recommend them enough!
