Friday, July 10, 2026, Joel Langani of Auburn Heating, Plumbing, & AC, came to test our mini-split AC-Heat Pump system installed last summer. After power outages on July 3rd-4th & again July 5th, all was restored, but on Tuesday, July 7th, our AC went out from 4:00 a.m. to 8:00. I checked the breaker box and power indicator on the outdoor compressor, both normal. Since I called at 7 for an technician appointment when the AC came on with no jntervention, called to cancel. Since this outage was not normal, Joel came Friday to check all the voltage on the units & found all in order. Mike arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem with the a/c quickly, & was able make the repair immediately. He's very devoted to making sure customers' services are restored as soon as possible.
