Dr Anne Ball is amazing. kind compassionate and patient. she will not make you feel bad for wanting a holistic approach to feeding or medicating your pet. she will incorporate both traditional and holistic for the care of your pet and she will utilize email to communicate if you ask. i cant say enough wonderful things about her as well as the staff who are equally kind and compassionate.

I came here by my friend's recommendation after another vet in the area misdiagnosed my dog and gave me reckless advice. My experience here was night and day. Dr. Clemens is so wonderful, knowledgable, thorough, and trustworthy. He took the time to walk me through the blood work the previous vet had done and advise me there are no issues with my dog (thank God!) but did educate me on things to look out for to be proactive. He is mindful of how expensive some of these treatments are and doesn't try to upsell you on everything like a lot of vets do. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Clemens. He cared for my last two dogs for 10 years. He was there from routine care to diabetes, hemangiosarcoma, and lymphoma. He and his team blessed me with more time with my pets, and that's more than I could ever ask for. I trust Auburn Animal Care with my entire being, and you should too.
