I am so very glad I chose this place for my dogs! The staff are so nice! The receptionist was professional, kind, could answer my questions for me. Very knowledgable! The prices are great, Jessica did an amazing job on shampooing my dogs and grooming them. She painted their nails and added bows to their hair as a finishing touch. They looked so cute and I couldn't be happier. I will be going there regularly! Thank you so much!

This place is amazing and the team here is so caring and compassionate. What sold me on this place was not only the staff, but that was first and foremost, but the fact that they have a doggie door to enter an outside patio just for them . I will be dropping my dog off for a week and I have no reservations, worries or concerns. I know Frankie is in great hands! ?

I bring my 15 year old American Eskimo to Jess at the Alador about a 5 or 6 times annually. I’ve tried nearly every single groomer in NE Cleveland over the years, and I promise you that Jess is the most professional, reliable, and talented when it comes down to her expertise. They have found and removed ticks from my dog without charge, and always provided me the best feedback about what’s best for Rex. I absolutely love this small business, and will support it with my loyalty for the rest of Rex’s life!
