First time patient. I needed some semi-urgent care and they got me in next day! The front desk associates were really pleasant and made the whole check in process easy. Had a very short wait in the lobby when I was taken back for x-rays. The technician was friendly and understood I had a problem with being anxious about gagging. She was patient and never made me feel like I was an irritation. She even had some ways to alleviate my anxiousness. She is an asset to this practice! They finished up and gave me the rundown of what I need to do and answered all my questions. Kendra was absolutely very gentle consistently makes sure your ok she went above and beyond!!! This women needs a raise big time never have I had been so happy when leaving the dentist THANK YOU KENDRA I can finally smile again

My only complaint is I have waited a very long time to get in for a cleaning and was told I have gingivitis now and need to get a treatment done before a cleaning. Get to the front and get told my insurance does not cover said treatment and I have to pay out of pocket before I can get a cleaning done. Whoever took over the practice or now manages things has really done a great job. The way they actually explained things to me, and took time to do things properly. Things were very rushed and i feel half done all the other years I have been here which has lead to more issues now.
