Great service experience today. Kent was instrumental in making sure my appointment was moved due to the weather and that I had transportation from and back to the shop. He and Todd took care of the services needed and identified other items for a future to-do list.

The people working here are very friendly/helpful and the entire process from start to finish was very simple/efficient. I would definitely recommend them if you need something on your vehicle repaired.

Kent and his team were amazing from the start to finish of my trip to Murphy’s in Centerville.My transmission went out yesterday on my way to work and I drove it to Murphy’s not knowing what the issue was. Kent squeezed me into a busy schedule and the team diagnosed that my transmission went bad and needed replaced. The quote to replace it came in well under what the dealership would have charged me. Due to the issue and the cost, I decided a new transmission was not worth it and will be purchasing another car.Kent went above and beyond here. He followed me back to my house in my Jeep so I could get it home to get it traded in.I cannot say thank you enough to him...read full review
