Just had a great experience with Brownies. Was concerned about some noises my engine was making, and they scheduled me quickly, did a thorough check, and let me know what they found. Turned out it wasn’t the transmission after all, but they showed me what other things might be causing the noise and gave me excellent instructions for what I could do next. Didn’t charge me a thing for checking it out. Would happily recommend this place to anyone.
I cannot say enough good things about Shawn and his team at Brownie’s in Miamisburg. He quoted me on a new transmission replacement and walked me through multiple options. I ended up opting to forgo a replacement and buy a new car, but he worked with me and the dealer to have the car picked up and taken to auction. The kindness he showed me during a stressful situation was unmatched. I highly recommend Brownie’s for your transmission needs. The team will definitely take care of you.
The team at IT was fantastic to work with. They helped walk me through the repair process and my portions for upgrading stock parts during the repair process. Thankfully, the repair ended up being minor and instead of getting a huge bill, they walked me through the issue and handled things in an incredibly generous manner that was more than I would have expected. I was super impressed and will be working with them in the future - highly recommend them. Thanks
