I have always wanted to try Cryo but had held off going because I was nervous. I was happy that I chose Elevate. The staff was friendly and explained everything so that I was at ease with the service. I had a great experience and hopefully I will get around to trying cupping as well.

Great experience! Tried the first time special and got to do the infrared sauna, theragun massage, and the normatec. Spent about 45 mins there and I feel amazing. Clean facility and great service. Highly recommend stopping by and trying their wellness services!
