“Great experience. Overall 9/10. I had two cleans in total. My first cleaning, I was very pleased with but had some discrepancies with some areas missed and felt like the lack of communication to rectify my dissatisfaction was not handled properly. I felt like when I initially called to explain my woes, there was a blame that shifted to me which caused me some confusion and some irritation. I was patient at first to have my issue resolved and became irate as I realized the problem more than likely was not going to be resolved unless I shed some light on it. Once doing so, Alan called me, again ALAN CALLED ME (I love that as the customer) and we went over my issue, to which he has the communication skills of an angel. He was not upset or agitated when he spoke with me but handled our conversation as if it were my first time booking with their company. He asked me when to rectify it and based on MY convenience which was great! We scheduled the appointment, he called me before arrival and his crew showed up and did the job amazingly by the way. I hate I didn’t get names but everyone was very friendly, you would think after a complaint there would be a sense of tension or anger but they communicated with me and asked me if there was anything else that I needed to which they had already fulfilled my needs perfectly. The customer service and the problem solving on Alan and his teams end was great! (Not Keith’s 😡….just kidding….maybe😂) Will definitely be booking with them again if they allow me to, just hand Alan the phone though, thanks! 😂😊❤ ~ A SATISFIED CUSTOMER“

“Do NOT hire for a deep/move-in clean unless you have time to clean after them. They missed the big stuff! I paid too much money to have to go back and clean AFTER the cleaners. Here are just some of the spots missed. Above the refrigerator, the front of the refrigerator, the oven, the stove, above the ledge of the shower, whirlpool tub, toothpaste in the guest bathroom draw, drawers in the vanities and closets, the interior of the kitchen cupboards/cabinets, behind the washer/drier, the floor in the pantry... and the list goes on. I'm not entirely sure what was cleaned. When I called the office, they informed me that they don't allow their cleaners to stand on step stools or move furniture/appliances to clean. My 5'1 self was able to reach majority of the items mentioned without having to stand on anything. I'm very frustrated with this service and gave them the opportunity to rectify the issue before posting this review. Buyer beware!“

“I had tile floor in 2 bathrooms (including 1 shower) done in November 2022. I had tried cleaning the floors myself in the past and had family coming into town and wanted the floors to look professional. They did a fabulous and quick job! “Outstanding! We just bought a house and after looking at some review on Yelp, we decided to go with Drymasters. Roger came out and tackled our 3 bedrooms, hallway and living area. What a world of difference. I was floored at how the water looked after he was done. Yuck! I’m glad he got that out of the carpet.

Oh, and we added a rug as well and it looks new now!

After He was done I went ahead and asked for the carpet scotch guard at a very reasonable cost.

He is really invested in his product and you can definitely see the difference. I highly recommend Drymasters! Roger (owner) did an outstanding job!“
