The team did a great job from the initial quote through completion. Beginning with the quote which was the best among the 3-4 that I collected. The details about the project and their company standards set them apart from the other companies. The initial scope walk with Oscar the project manager reiterated what was previously discussed to ensure we were all on the same page. They communicated very well and respond promptly. Having Javier the foreman on site to answer any questions and keep me in the loop was helpful. Our home was built in the mid-1950s and was starting to look a little dated in need of a complete exterior refresh.
I told the salesman Luke (more of a remodeling consultant/advisor) that I never wanted to paint again and wanted a low maintenance durable solution. Luke spent a lot of time with us helping with ideas without being pushy or aggressively trying to close on a sale. As we were finalizing the project he asked what the most important things were during project planning and execution. I told him communication and trust- American Way exceeded my expectations in both.
