My Lake Mohawk property sold over asking price and after only days on the market thanks in a large measure to Janice's competence and enthusiasm. She provided assistance with pre-listing preparations, including an amazing job of staging the house to show at its best. She provided me with access to Cutler's wonderful online document creation and management system. She even created an online document for me from a paper Title agency document. The property's web listing was delightful with her skilled photography. From my view, she is a great Realtor and a new friend.
No one else could have done the job for us better then Janice. Through each step of the process, she was there to make the process move as smoothly as possible. When the property is over an hour and half away, you need someone to stand in for you during the many visits that happen when you are selling a house. Janice always volunteered to meet the people coming, saving me more time than I can even image. She was there to cheer us up through the many ups and downs in the sell. When possible buyers were unreasonable, she conveyed that to them, in a professional manner that didn’t make them walk away. Janice stuck with us for what seemed like a year, it was actually 6 months, to close on a house she went above and beyond getting us this house. I would highly recommend her for all your realtor needs.
