I purchased property listed by Newell. The experience was my 8th real estate purchasing experience and by far the most stress free. The agent far exceeded any expectations as he cared for not only the seller's interest, in which he represented, he truly cared about every aspect. Absolute kindness and accessibility was given. If I ever wish to do future business in real estate I hope Bill will be available to guide it. He is by far the best facilitator I have ever encountered.
