It was our little ones first time having his haircut. He dislikes being strapped down on a chair, hence he was not very happy. He was scream crying and wriggling the whole time. But Bridgette was very patient and she worked very fast and efficient. It took her maybe five minutes to get the job done. She even comforted me and my husband because we were stressed through the whole ordeal.

“This was my first visit to the salon and it wont be my last. Kaleigh was my stylist. I scheduled the appointment online and she reached out relatively quickly to connect and discuss what I was looking for. She was completely transparent about pricing throughout the entire pre consult and appointment. I had zero surprises. I can’t say enough positive things about her. She was wonderful. I never felt rushed. She wasn’t trying to manage more than one client at a time.
The salon itself was clean and well kept. All the girls I interacted with were kind. I went on a Monday and it was relatively calm (which I enjoyed).
I am transitioning to this salon from a Kenneth’s where I have gotten my hair done for over 5+ years. I won’t be back. West Oak was perfect for me.

The best part is, they are all inclusive, and I have never felt judged when I talk about my wife. “I love this place. They are so professional, and do amazing work on hair. I usually choose Brooke because I know with her, I won't leave unless I'm truly happy with the result. Never had to complain about anything though. The Salon is so nice and kept clean, hair doesn't stay on the floor very long. They also have a Spa and Nail Salon, there's a little bit for everyone. They are legit at this place. They have a wide selection of hair and nail related items. I really like the Nail polish selection! Me and my kids really like this place.“
