I just relocated back to Ohio from Texas and cannot believe my luck in finding Heather! She is fantastic! I was pretty nervous letting a new stylist (I had the same stylist in Texas for 13 years) cut and color my hair so we started with a trim on my first visit. Heather understands what a "trim" means and styled my hair really well on the first visit. I have very fine hair that is short, but Heather did not hesitate to understand me, my hair, my lifestyle and my needs.My second visit was a trim and color and while my former stylist sent the formula the products were too different to convert the colors, but Heather was not concerned. I needed a new stylist after moving from Texas. I found Hello Hair and Heather Howard and could not be happier!Heather listens and pays attention to what you ask for and need. She asks about lifestyle and understands what a small trim means. I have had my hair trimmed three times and colored once and Heather got everything right. Regarding color, when I came to Heather from Texas I gave her my prior formula written out by my king time stylist. Unfortunately the products were different enough to make conversion impossible; HOWEVER, Heather was able to match my color, highlights, and lowlights exactly. I am thoroughly impressed. Heather is literally AMAZING. I have been using her for two years now as my stylist and I will NEVER switch. From day one, she made me feel like I knew her forever AND she fixed my hair after a bad previous experience. She also recently did my wedding hair for my husband and I! 10/10 recommend!
