“Met Danny from Biltmore along with several other siding companies and decided on Biltmore fore several reason. First, he and his truck made a better impression than several of the not too established companies. Second, when I requested vendors to come out and give me a quote, they all waited till the next day. The other nationwide siding installer called me at 11:15 at night. When I hung up, they called again. Who call a new customer after bed time. Third, price was right for the job as my own exploring showed.
The installation went smoothly, the work crew headed by Jose was efficient without any sign of rushing the job. They completed each days work as laid out in the beginning. I never had to call and ask for an update. Each day, Jose showed me the work completed and described what was to be done next day. The crew worked on my house and my house only till the job was done.
Biltmore had a different crew who only did gutters. When the siding was finished, the gutter crew showed up and were done as quickly and professionally as the siding crew. They came and did our gutters solely. During whole process, Danny and Bob would stop by and check how things were going.
