They had very prompt service. We had a same day appointment and Kurt was extremely professional. He showed me what was needed on my 12 year old dryer. We ordered a tuneup kit and the parts were in the next day. Kurt came out and replaced the parts and I’m up and running in 3 days. The other place we called couldn’t come out for 3 weeks. There number is now saved in my phone. Highly recommend!

Mr. Appliance has been to my home a 'couple' times and every time they have been on time, friendly and professional. They have been able to do some repairs vs us having to replace appliances and are very reasonable in their pricing. Definitely recommend.

Refrigerator evaporator fan went out. Kurt did a great job with replacing and Kelly, receptionist was very helpful and understanding with timing to replace around holidays. Will call again for any replacement needs.
