Was looking for a part for an older Samsung fridge and Bill helped us search but the part has been discontinued. Such great customer service- we will seek them out again when we’re looking for appliances or advice. Thanks Bill! !

Wonderful experience here twice now! These guys are super helpful and caring and won’t just take your money on parts that don’t work. Joe helped me by testing multiple different parts and even went as far to print and draw pictures to help me with my dryer. Thank you so much again! I will be back.

I stopped in to v and v to pick up parts for my daughter's gas dryer. After testing the parts in the dryer they both tested good but I was convinced that one of them was the culprit. I asked for both parts at the counter and the gentlemen asked me exactly what was happening with the dryer. After a couple minutes he talked me out of one of the parts and was pretty confident that the remaining part was my issue. He ended up being correct and saved me money in the process. While I was there, I heard another gentlemen on the phone helping another person figure out which part was faulty on their appliance. Awesome customer service. These guys are very knowledgeable.
