I went to Tri-County because of pain in my shoulder whenever I extended the arm, which was resolved within a few weeks, working with Kaitlin. But if then became apparent that I had significant range of motion issues. As recommended, I then went to an orthopaedic doctor, who diagnosed severe arthritis with bone spurs, needing a total shoulder replacement. Brian did a great job of preparing me for the surgery, and facilitating my recovery. Recovery from surgery was generally good, but reestablishing external rotation in that shoulder became unexpectedly very challenging. Tri-county is outstanding in the therapy provided by their team! They kindly greet their clients and offer guidance to help with the current level of discomfort before moving forward to a more challenging set of movements. A consistent approach with gradual advancement is most effective for me
I have this place on speed dial. From the gym, Pickleball courts, to the golf course, life happens. The staff understands, being injured is not fun, nor needed. They will get you in quickly, figure out what's going on and get you back living life. Do not accept pain nor injuries as a part of life that you just have to live with.
