I went to Tri-County because of pain in my shoulder whenever I extended the arm, which was resolved within a few weeks, working with Kaitlin. But if then became apparent that I had significant range of motion issues. As recommended, I then went to an orthopaedic doctor, who diagnosed severe arthritis with bone spurs, needing a total shoulder replacement. Brian did a great job of preparing me for the surgery, and facilitating my recovery. Recovery from surgery was generally good, but reestablishing external rotation in that shoulder became unexpectedly very challenging. Everyone I have come in contact with has been very knowledgeable, kind and respectful. I came to Tri-County because my right knee was hurting. X-rays showed nothing wrong so my doctor prescribed physical therapy. I was feeling better after my second appointment! I highly recommend Tri-County Physical Therapy Institute.
Tri-County PT Institute is a great facility. Staff are warm, caring, inclusive, informative and highly skilled. My therapist, Mickey is very knowledgeable, communicates clearly, and challenges me to complete the exercises. She is thoughtful, addresses my questions and relates each exercise to the part of the body being strengthened in a way that I understand its importance. I know that I am in very good hands.
